Purpose
These terms govern the use of this website and the sending of booking enquiries through it. By using the site, you accept these terms.
Booking enquiries
Sending the form constitutes a booking enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is only made once we have expressly confirmed it.
Bookings made through the booking engine are governed by the conditions shown on that platform at the time of booking.
Availability shown on this site is indicative and may change until confirmation.
Prices, payment and cancellation
The specific conditions applying to each stay — price, method and deadline for payment, cancellation and amendment policy — are those communicated to you in writing when the booking is confirmed.
Should anything on this website differ from the conditions given in the confirmation, the latter prevail.
Use of the website
You undertake to use this website lawfully and not to carry out any act that may harm its operation, its security or the rights of third parties.
We make every effort to keep the information current and the site available, but we cannot guarantee the complete absence of interruptions or occasional errors.
Content and copyright
The texts, photographs, trade name and other elements of this website are protected and may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Complaints and dispute resolution
The electronic Complaints Book is available at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body. In the Algarve, the body with territorial jurisdiction is CIMAAL — the Algarve Consumer Disputes Information, Mediation and Arbitration Centre.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The courts of the district of Faro shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
