Sending the form constitutes a booking enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is only made once we have expressly confirmed it.

Bookings made through the booking engine are governed by the conditions shown on that platform at the time of booking.

Availability shown on this site is indicative and may change until confirmation.

The specific conditions applying to each stay — price, method and deadline for payment, cancellation and amendment policy — are those communicated to you in writing when the booking is confirmed.

Should anything on this website differ from the conditions given in the confirmation, the latter prevail.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The courts of the district of Faro shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
